Co-Founder & Realtor 

Growing up in the Hamptons, Sarah was fortunate to be surrounded by some of the most stunning and exclusive properties from a young age. This unique environment fostered a deep appreciation for high-end real estate and cultivated her ambition to pursue a career in this dynamic field. 

Sarah earned her degree in Public Relations from Penn State and has been living in Philadelphia since 2018. After working in an IT Sales role, she pursued her PA Real Estate License in 2021 and has since earned her NJ license. 

Sarah has sold a variety of homes across Philadelphia and its suburbs, from luxury new construction in the city to residential resale on the Main Line. She believes in taking a hands on approach to helping her clients and ensuring that they are comfortable, confident, and educated throughout the home buying or selling process. 

When Sarah isn't working, she is immersing herself in Philadelphia's vibrant culture. Whether it's trying a new restaurant in Fishtown, re-visiting one of her favorite Italian BYOB's, walking around the historical streets of Rittenhouse Square, or cheering on the Eagles and Phillies, she is constantly finding new reasons to be proud of the city she calls home.

Alexia originally began her career in the industry in mortgage and investment real estate sales where she helped a wide range of clients from first time home-buyers, to investors looking to add multiple properties to their portfolios. 

Now, as a Realtor, she covers both NJ and PA and specializes in New Construction and Residential real estate. After spending almost a decade in Philadelphia, she now resides in Cherry Hill, NJ and loves to experience the best of both worlds. When she’s not working she enjoys trying new restaurants, jazz clubs, going to sports games, and spending weekends down the shore.

Angelina is thrilled to join the team alongside Alexia and Sarah as she expands her real estate career into the Philadelphia market. After several successful years as an agent in NJ, she is excited to focus on a city that has always felt like home. 

With deep family roots in South Philadelphia, Angelina has a long-stnading appreciation for the city's vibrant atmosphere. When she isn't selling real estate, you can find her exploring local attractions and restaurants, enjoying Sunday dinners with family, or admiring the city's unique architecture. 

Angelina prioritizes clear communication and carefully guiding her clients through every step of the process. Her bubbly personality and love for helping people work together to make the entire home-buying or selling process seamless, exciting, and stress-free. She can't wait to dive into this new chapter and help more people call Philly home!
