Originally from the Hamptons, Sarah’s early exposure to the luxury real estate market sparked a lasting passion for the industry . She holds a degree in Public Relations and Business from Penn State and relocated to Philadelphia in 2018. 

Sarah has built much of her business through the strategic use of social media—successfully selling properties off-market and consistently attracting new buyer and seller clients through her online presence. Her marketing background and digital savvy allow her to showcase homes in a compelling way that drives real results.

Whether it's the sale of a luxury new construction home in the city or a residential resale in the suburbs, Sarah  takes a hands-on, client-focused approach—ensuring buyers and sellers feel confident and informed throughout the process.

Her career began in mortgage lending and investment sales, providing her with a strong understanding of the financial and transactional complexities of homeownership.

Licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Alexia specializes in residential properties and new construction. She works closely with a diverse range of clients—from first-time buyers seeking the right neighborhood to seasoned homeowners customizing their dream homes, as well as high-profile clients navigating relocations.

Angelina is a dedicated real estate professional with several years of experience serving clients across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. A lifelong New Jersey resident with deep family roots in South Philadelphia, she brings extensive local knowledge on both sides of the river — offering her clients valuable insight into the region’s diverse neighborhoods, markets, and communities.
